Request Court Appearance – Miss Vietnam of Northern California Intercollegiate

Guidelines

The Miss Vietnam of Northern California Intercollegiate Organization (MVNCI) accept formal requests for all court representatives to make an appearance in the community. We carefully evaluate each request consistent with our policies and procedures to determine availability within the framework of our year-round schedule. Requests will be reviewed by the MVNCI Organization and a confirmation will be provided for appearances we are able to fulfill. All fields with * must be filled out in order to process your request.

All requests must be submitted by the benefitting organization, and requests must be submitted through the online form below with the appropriate fields completed. MVNCI will not accept form letters, faxes, E-mails or requests through the mail for any appearance request. Due to the limited number of appearance opportunities available and the volume of requests received, it is not possible to fulfill each and every request. To assist us in scheduling appearances, we ask you to submit appearance requests no later than two weeks prior to the event date.

MVNCI will try our best to attend and participate in as many events that match the goal of the organization as possible, but cannot guarantee our presence at every request. MVNCI may not be able to confirm participation until one week prior to the event and thus organizations should not base the planning of their event around MVNCI’s participation.

All requests are subject to the approval of the Miss Vietnam of Northern California Intercollegiate Pageant Organization. Filling out this form does not guarantee a booking. Furthermore, the Miss Vietnam of Northern California Intercollegiate Pageant Organization will not be obligated to fulfill the request until the MVNCI\’s Personal Appearance Agreement is fully executed. The MVNCI Organization reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appearance due to any unexpected conflict.
